Rev.Dr. Philip Manghan
Philip was ordained a deacon in June 2006 following a four year training programme. He is married to Anne with whom he has three children.As a deacon, Philip officiates at weddings, funerals and baptisms; at Mass, assists the priest, proclaims the Gospel (and homily when invited to do so) and gives instructions to the people; and in parish life, assists with catechetical programmes and visits to parishioners. Rick Hodgkiss
Altar Servers have traditionally assisted the priest at all sacramental service’s throughout the daily life of the church. All servers once a probationary time has elapsed are enrolled in the guild of St Stephen who is the Parton Saint of Altar Servers.The current team are led by Master of Ceremonies Mr Rick Hodgkiss.

Paul Kearns
Born and educated in Cardiff I originally moved to Bridgend in 1994.
Fr Isaac suggested I ‘volunteer’ to get involved in the parish treasury and I have not looked back ever since. The treasury work is always very interesting and if you would like to help in anyway, or would like more information on donating to the parish please let me know.

Sarah Kearns
Having moved to Wales from Staffordshire in 1991, I met and married Paul. We have three children together and as a family have tried our best over the years to support Parish life; Paul as treasurer, the children as Altar servers and musicians and myself as administrator for the parish.

Mark O’Toole
22 June 1963 - Born in London, the youngest son of Marcus and Maura O’Toole who originally came from the Irish-speaking community of Connemara, Galway, Ireland. Attended St Ignatius Primary School, Stamford Hill and St Thomas More Secondary school in Wood Green.
1984- Graduated with a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Leicester
1984-89 - Studied for the Priesthood at Allen Hall Seminary, graduating with a Bachelor of Divinity in Theology from the University of London (Heythrop College).
1989-90 Pastoral work as a Deacon in St Joan of Arc Parish, Highbury, London
9 June 1990 - Ordained priest of the Archdiocese of Westminster by Cardinal Basil Hume
1990-92 - M. Phil in Theology at the University of Oxford. Wrote a thesis on the relationship between Divine and Human freedom, supervised by the Lady Margaret Professor, Dr Rowan Williams.
1992-97 - Assistant priest in St Mary Magdalene parish, Willesden Green; part-time lecturer in Catechesis.
1997-2002 - Member of Staff at Allen Hall Seminary — Lecturer in Theology and Formation Adviser to seminarians, Dean of Studies form 1999-2002. Granted a Sacred License in Theology (STL) from Pontifical University of Leuven in 2000. S
2002-2008 Private Secretary to Cardinal Murphy-O’Connor, Archbishop of Westminster
2008-2014 - Rector, Allen Hall Seminary, London.
28th January 2014 Ordained as Ninth Bishop of Plymouth.
Appointed Chair of the Department for Evangelisation and Discipleship in the Bishops Conference of England and Wales (October 2014). Made an Ecumenical Canon of Truro Cathedral (2014) and of Exeter Cathedral (2017),
October 2021 — Appointed by the Holy See as a Member of the International Council for Catechesis.
